Refund is optional only if hard deadline is not met and customer wishes to abandon the commission. In extraordinary circumstances, the artist may refund a deposit due to injury, illness or inability to complete commission
Commission Deposit (Payment 2) - Work Initiation
Carving does not begin until both the design is approved and the deposit is received
Deposits are only refundable if the artist misses the agreed upon deadline and the commissioner does not wish to receive the work on an extended timeline. The artist (in unusual circumstances) may refund the deposit and design fee if abandoning the work for illness, injury, or inability to complete the work.
Woodcut, multi-color, or premium options are quoted separately and may require different deposits
Unless exclusivity is requested in advance, the artist retains the right to edition the image and sell on this website
The final balance shall be invoiced directly to the customer before framing and shipping once the final prints are completed and proof of completion is provided to the customer.
