Commission Reservation, Design and Mockup Design
All custom commissions are completed in three stages to keep the process clear and collaborative.
1. Design & Mockup — $15
A $15 design fee is collected after the commission form is submitted. This covers intake, concept development, and initial design mockups.
Once the design is delivered, you’ll receive a full quote for the completed work.
If you choose to move forward, the $15 design fee is applied toward the total commission balance.
If you decide not to proceed, the fee compensates the time spent on design and consultation.2. Commission Deposit
After the design is approved, a deposit is collected to begin the drawing, transfer, carving, and printing process.
Deposit amount is based on the final size of the commission:

$100 — standard works

$250 — large or premium works
The deposit is applied toward the total commission price.
Once this payment is received, carving and printing begin.3. Final Balance
Upon completion of the work, the remaining balance of the commission — less the design fee and deposit already paid — is due prior to delivery or framing.
